Executive Council express its grave concern that the House of Bishops of the Anglican Church in Ghana have endorsed action before the Parliament of Ghana that would criminalize homosexual activity, LGBTQ self-identification and advocacy in support of LGBTQ people

We prayerfully and respectfully urge our fellow bishops to remove their support of this deeply concerning legislation, and we ask them to uphold the pledges our Church has made. – the bishops of the Diocese of Virginia
