the Spirit on the move.

extend your hands
feel the gifts of this moment
new life all around
hope bursting with every new flower
joy at the sight of each new bud
the Spirit on the move.
Listen, listen
spring is here
it always was —
waiting
resting
cradling us in its arms
ready to surprise us
all again
as if for the first time
bringing us new life
from the other side of an empty tomb.
