Whole Foods to Carry Thistle Farms Products

Thistle Farms announces that Whole Foods will be carrying Thistle Farms products during the 2016 holidays. Thistle Farms  is a community of women who have survived prostitution, trafficking and addiction.

We employ more than 50 survivors through our social enterprises which include a natural body care company, Thistle Stop Cafe, artisan studio, and global marketplace called Shared Trade. Started in 1997 by Rev. Becca Stevens under the name Magdalene, Thistle Farms includes a two-year residential program and advocacy services for up to 700 women yearly.  We provide education and training annually through speaking events and immersion workshops.

From the Thistle Farms Newsletter

A team from Thistle Farms just returned from a Whole Foods sales conference in California. It was lead by Ebony Davidson, daughter of Katrina, Thistle Farms graduate and Sales Director. Jovita, a Thistle Farms Survivor-Leader who shared her story with the Whole Foods team, said:
It was a great experience to partner with people who care about our mission. This opportunity helps us carry a clear message to those who still suffer, that women do heal and recover.
Thank you to all the Thistle Farmers who are supporting us as we grow. Look for our exclusive Whole Foods line in 450 stores nationwide for the 2016 holidays!
