On one side of the sea the multitude is fed and on the other side of the sea Jesus is revealed as one who transcends limits. In between is the sea filled with our confusion, our doubt, our insistence that we not be shaken too much in our understanding

The disciples had no idea where the simple words “Come follow me” could lead them but they followed anyway. The Jesus way was a life changing internal and spiritual journey that would take a lifetime.

The film is a simple exploration of primarily white, upper middle class, mainstream “C” generation individual and family values. The only thing that is subtle in this film is God’s appearance in the form of intimacy, developing trust, forgiveness and reconciliation and redemption.

Cleansing the heart by faith happens not through our effort but through God’s. The Holy Spirit moves within us, and we recognize that at the very center of our being is our true Beloved, is Christ. In relationship with him we willingly die so that our Love can live through us.

Envisage a world where women and men, boys and girls are valued equally; where all experience being gendered as gift rather than danger, a source of life and hope rather than disadvantage, oppression or fear.
