Christmas Eve multimedia programming to include NYC Children’s Pageant, service from Atlanta

From Episcopal News Service

A live airing of a traditional Children’s Christmas Pageant from Grace Episcopal Church, New York City, and the 2008 Christmas Eve service from the Cathedral of St. Philip, Atlanta, will be added on Dec. 24 to 2009 Advent multimedia programming presented by the Episcopal Church’s Office of Communication.

The Advent multimedia offerings are available here.

The live Christmas Pageant begins at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve, Thursday, Dec. 24.

Part of the full month of Advent observations and traditional liturgies, the Grace Children’s Christmas Pageant and the St. Philip’s 2008 Christmas Eve service will join other offerings currently available: the Advent Reflection by Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori; Lessons and Carols from Saint Thomas Church, Fifth Avenue, New York; Lessons and Carols from St. Bartholomew’s, New York; and the St. Nicholas celebration from Trinity Church, Wall Street, New York.
