Episcopal Brownie Scouts seek pothole repair

Brownie Scouts from St. Paul’s, Lakeview, LA seek action on pothole repair via YouTube™. Times-Picayune (New Orleans, LA) reports on the Scouts’ protest:

Having failed to get sufficient relief with a letter to New Orleans City Hall, the Brownie Scout troop at St. Paul’s Episcopal School (sic) in Lakeview has taken its anti-pothole campaign to the Internet. The girls’ 1 minute, 20-second Christmas-themed video, posted Friday on YouTube, showcases a “colossal” pothole on French Street near the school.

The girls of Troop 40828 say they are “increasingly concerned for the safety of the people in their community. … Every day the pothole becomes deeper and wider.”
