A Facebook group has been formed to encourage prayer for General Convention starting this week.
Dear Deputies, Bishops, Volunteers, and Staff Members,
Please consider joining the Face Book group “Praying for General Convention 2012,” a group dedicated to praying for you and your deliberations during General Convention in Indianapolis, July 3-12. Each day during convention a prayer for the day will be posted, and members are encouraged to post their own prayers. The group will dissolve at the end of convention by you taking action to leave the group.
The group is an unofficial effort by the lowly 3rd clergy alternate of the Minnesota deputation, to draw all of us together in prayer for our church and for our future. Veni Creator Spiritus!
