The Rt Revd Dr James Tengatenga has been an Anglican bishop for 14 years. 14 of those years have been in service to the Anglican Consultative Council. This past Tuesday, +James preached his farewell sermon during the final Eucharist of ACC – 16 in the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Lusaka, Zambia.
