They are from Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia, Australia, Brazil, Burundi, Central Africa, England, Hong Kong, Japan, Kenya, Korea, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Scotland, Southern Africa, Sri Lanka, United States, and West Africa.
