Presiding Bishop Michael Curry is among the ten members of a newly-formed “task group” appointed to continue the work of “walking together” committed to at January’s Primates’ Meeting.
“The Primates said that for a three-year period the Episcopal Church, TEC, should not take part in decisions on matters of doctrine or polity. It is never wrong, of course, to admit false steps that can be identified and repudiated, but it would be wrong to invoke the language of repentance insincerely, without clarity on what is to be repented of.
