The Topeka KS folks who painted the Equality House across the street from the Westboro Baptist Church are at it again!

Planting Peace is headquartered in the Equality House, painted the colors of the GLBTQ Pride Flag, across the street from Westboro Baptist church in Topeka KS. Working from this location, Planting Peace, a global non-profit organization, engages in a number of projects including; humanitarian aid and environmental initiatives, such as a multi-national deworming campaign, Equality House GLBTQ rights advocacy, a network of orphanages and safe havens, and conservation effort in the rainforests of Peru.

This week, as another in-your-face project of their advocacy for GLBTQ rights, Planting Peace has traveled to Morehead KY to leave a message, in the form of a local billboard, for the Rowan County clerk, Kim Davis, regarding her excuse for not issuing marriage licenses because of the US Supreme Court’s ruling legalizing same gender marriage nation-wide.
