The United Methodist Church has a new website. Why not drop over and have a look, and then come back and tell us what you think of it.
One of the things that I appreciate is the use of photography on the homepage giving the visitor a strong sense of who the Methodists are and what kind of work they do. Another thing I admire is that they don’t hide their positions on social issues. They are easily found under the What we believe tab on the navigation bar at the top of the homepage.
The lower half of the homepage succumbs to the “things we want you to see organized by no apparent logic” school of web design, but there is some good stuff there, and overall I like it.
