Church Times reports Archbishop Foley of ACNA says he voted during #Primates2016 (except on No. 7 of the communique concerning TEC); the director of communications of C of E says it was made clear Foley should not vote; #Primates2016 affirms; CT says ACNA says CT reporting is accurate. Confused yet?
Or are the Primates here taking it upon themselves to speak for the whole Anglican Communion – that by “us” here they mean “Anglicanism”? If so, when and where, exactly, do they think they have received this mandate? Is a convenient crypto-papal ecclesiology at work here?

Yesterday we received an order for all of the Episcopal Shield Lapel Pins we had in stock, 175 of them. The order came from an Anglican priest in England. His group plans to wear them at their Synod meeting to show support for the Episcopal Church USA…
At this moment it is anyone’s guess how the decision of the Primates’ Meeting will affect the respective TEC members who are members of the various AC bodies. The Primates’ Meeting has no constitutional authority to enforce its decisions. The ACC is the only constitutional entity of the AC.
The Boards of Directors of the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg and The Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia met on their respective campuses during simultaneous meetings on 13 JAN 2016 and adopted a resolution to create a new seminary of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in the state of Pennsylvania.
